Blair Solberger, Owner
I am a registered dietitian (RD) and certified specialist in sports dietetics (CSSD). I earned my masters degree in sports nutrition and exercise physiology from Florida State University. From there I spent several years working with elite level athletes at EXOS Human performance and the Miami Dolphins.
I created The Human Element Nutrition and the Athletic Advantage Program with one major focus in mind: bringing sports nutrition to the smaller athletic programs. When I was working for the Dolphins, I was alarmed to find that less than half of the athletes had ever worked with a nutritionist at any point prior to meeting me.
While it is amazing that some of these athletes were able to make it to the highest level with no nutritional support, it highlighted an important issue to me. I made it my mission to find a way to make top tier sports nutrition more accessible. Thus, the Athletic Advantage Program was born.
About the Program
The goal of the Athletic Advantage Program is to bring sports nutrition to athletes at a younger age to help develop a foundation of fueling for performance and recovery. Working with smaller programs and younger athletes helps to build solid habits that can be carried throughout their career.

The program is customizable so it can be tailored to each programs needs. There are three primary options for how to get started:
- View the available options on the services page and submit a request.
- Book an exploratory call to discuss the options best for your program.
- Limited spaces are available for individual athlete counseling.
